This cruelty-free*, natural, USDA-certified organic balm helps to provide relief from conditions that can occur as a result of the dry winter months (dry coughs and irritated nasal passages that may persist due to the weather and as a result of the mild, common cold). The easily spreadable balm contains organic essential oils of eucalyptus, rosemary, ravensara and tea tree, which are herbs traditionally used to soothe and ease minor coughs, colds, and stuffy noses. Oils of eucalyptus and peppermint, among other essential oils such as lavender, promote deep breathing and relaxation, making it also easier to drift to sleep.  The balm can be applied as a chest rub or inhaled in steam when added to a humidifier or pot of hot water. Or, apply directly on the nose and lips for a more concentrated smell that is more soothing than fiery. The petroleum-free, organic ingredient list makes this a product that the whole family can use (side note:  this brand is truly a family run company and this product was originally developed specifically for one of the founders’ young daughters).  Application is simple: just rub in or use in steam and inhale deeply…and think deep thoughts.
