The idea for GladSoles came to me as I was attempting to find a shoe that fit my minimalist-running style best. I had searched high and low, to the furthest reaches of the internet to find the perfect barefoot shoe. The shoes I tried all offered generally the same thing, but none of them were minimalist enough to provide the truly barefoot experience that I was looking for.
Every pair of GladSoles is completely custom-made by hand, based on tracings of your feet. Perfect fit, minimal and flexible sole, allowing full range of motion.
