Forager Project uses CCOF and USDA-certified organic, plant-based ingredients to create nut milks, smoothies, shakes, juices, snacks and its novel dairy-free yogurt alternative, called Cashewgurt®. The brand’s mission is to create foods that are minimally processed, organic, plant-based and use as little (natural and unrefined) sugars as possible.
In the fall of 2013, Founder, Stephen Williamson decided that the marketplace was ready for better packaged food offerings. His vision was to elevate people’s expectation and experience of ready to eat food. Stephen wanted to share this foraging adventure with others, so he assembled a group of like-minded and experienced people to help bring his vision to life.
Joining him at the start of this journey were Ted Leaman, Jill Savini and John Charles Hanley, fellow Foragers with an appetite to share quality food and experiences.
The Company name was selected from the verb “Forage” out of the belief that all people should actively seek out foods that will truly nourish the body, mind and spirit.
The hallmark of Forager Project foods are using carefully crafted ingredients while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
